Rize is modernizing rice farming across Southeast Asia — building the digital infrastructure that makes rice cultivation more productive, more resilient, and dramatically more sustainable.

Rice farming accounts for approximately 12% of global methane emissions (and ~30% in Southeast Asia), yet it supports the livelihoods of millions of smallholder farmers. The transition to modern, measurable, lower-emission farming is inevitable — but it only works if there’s trusted last-mile infrastructure (identity, land, task execution, payments, and verifiable data).

Our mission is three-fold:

• Decarbonise rice agriculture: eliminate 100 megatons of carbon emissions by 2040
• Enhance farmers’ bottom line: improve yields and reduce cost-to-farm through better operations and financing
• Build a globally trusted platform: create a verifiable network where modern practices can scale

🧭 The Role

Senior Product Manager — AI, Agri-Tech Operations (5+ years)

Location: Bangalore or Jakarta (hybrid), with regular field and stakeholder visits

This is a senior, high-ownership role for a modern, AI-enabled Product Manager who can run a full product area end-to-end — including commercial outcomes. You’ll be accountable for product strategy, stakeholder alignment, delivery execution, and measurable business impact (potentially P&L ownership as the product area scales).

You will work on Rize’s platform layers that enable scale:

• Workforce Management Platform (task orchestration for field teams)
• Operations Center / Console (management oversight, exceptions, approvals)
• WhatsApp channel (farmer surface)
