About the Role

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Regional HR Coordinator to support our HR operations across Indonesia/Vietnam. The Regional HR Coordinator will play a key role in implementing HR initiatives, managing day-to-day HR activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate HR activities and processes within their respective region.
  2. Support recruitment efforts by assisting with job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  3. Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation sessions, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees in the region.
  4. Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
  5. Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related inquiries, policies, and procedures.
  6. Coordinate employee training and development initiatives, facilitating sessions in local language and organizing training sessions.
  7. Assist with HR compliance efforts, including maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations and ensuring adherence to company policies.
  8. Collaborate with HR colleagues and regional management to address HR-related issues and implement best practices.
  9. Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making and identify trends or areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR coordination or a related role, preferably in a regional or multi-location setting.
  3. English and local language proficiency
  4. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  6. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data management and record-keeping.
  7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  8. Flexibility to travel occasionally within the region, as needed.
